In a way, the week’s biggest winner only broke even. “Ziigmund” Sahamies was down more than $350K, but he stormed back by winning a string of six-figure pots. He ended up winning around $4K – probably the hardest four grand he’ll ever make. The other big swinger was “Durrr” Dwan – but his was in the wrong direction. He had been up over a quarter million, but ended up losing all but $7K. Ivey won over $250K and a healthy sum through prop bets. Elezra gave him a hard time for focusing too much on his prop sheet than the cards. But his focus was permanently readjusted when he was in a hand with Sahamies and Ziiggy went all-in bet with $298K to bring the pot up to almost $450K – the week’s biggest. Ivey held a flush and went into the deep end of the tank before wisely folding to Sahamies full house. Antonius was the week’s biggest loser. The former model’s time in front of the camera helped him as he shelled out $140K but looked cool doing it.
